Is a heat pump suitable for every home?+
Not automatically. Suitability depends on heat loss, available space, emitter sizing, hot-water demand and the electrical supply. A survey is required before recommending a system.
Can heat pumps work with radiators?+
Yes, where the radiators and system are sized for lower flow temperatures. Existing emitters may need to be assessed or upgraded.
Can a heat pump work with underfloor heating?+
Underfloor heating is often well suited to lower-temperature operation, subject to the system design and the building’s heat loss.
